Three Good Things

I’m going to try to do this every day too… and that in itself will be a challenge since I rarely do anything every day.

Today:

1. I slept pretty well last night, and that’s an improvement since I battle insomnia most every night.

2. Not nearly as cold tonight as I have been. Does that mean it’s finally getting warmer?

3. Finding some solutions on how to deal with this newest health problem.
